  • 250 ml milk, scarce, possibly only 200

  • 100 g butter, liquid
  • 500g flour
  • 2 bag / s yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

  1. Make the milk very hot, place in a large bowl, add the sugar, salt and melted butter and shake gently until the bowl warms up.
  2. In the meantime, mix the flour with the dry yeast and add a spoonful to the warm milk. Shake gently until all of the flour is in the bowl and the dough loosens from the edge. It should no longer stick to the hands, otherwise add flour. Cover the bowl with a tightly sealing lid and let it stand until the lid opens on its own.
  3. If you put the bowl in warm water, it goes faster.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. After rising, knead the dough and place in a bread box form lined with baking paper and let rise again, then bake in the oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 to 30 minutes. To do this, place an ovenproof bowl with hot water in the oven. Cover the place with aluminum foil if it gets too dark.
