  • 500 g natural yourt
  • 120 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • Fruits, ad libitum

Instructions

  1. Mix together yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon the day before. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the yoghurt mixture. Line a sieve with a clean tea towel and place on a larger bowl. Pour the mixture into the sieve and refrigerate overnight. The next day, turn the yoghurt mixture out of the sieve onto a plate. Spread the prepared fruits decoratively around the yogurt bomb.
