Ingredients
- 15 g mint, fresh
- 15 g parsley, smooth
- 10 g chives, cut into rolls
- 200 g natural yourt
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), untreated, the zest and juice it
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- Cayenne pepper
- Paprika powder

- Puree the mint and parsley with the yoghurt in a blender or with a hand blender until smooth. Add the spices and mix again.
- Mix in the lemon juice and zest and finally add the chives.
