Ingredients

  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For painting:

  • 25 g butter, melt
  • milk

For the filling:

  • 75 g raisins
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almond (s), chopped

For the cast:

  • 175 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon water, hot

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt well. Mix flour with baking powder, sieve over it and knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with butter. Mix the raisins with sugar, vanilla sugar and almonds and sprinkle evenly on the dough.
  3. Roll up the dough from the shorter side and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices. Place this on a greased baking sheet, flatten it slightly and brush with milk. Bake at 175 ° C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Mix the icing sugar with the hot water until smooth and spread the glaze on the snails that are still warm.
