Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 g rice (lon rain)
  • 500 g tomato (s) (Tomato al Gusto, herbs or chunky tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 leek
  • 800 g zucchini, (yellow and reen)
  • 2 piece (s) carrot (s)
  • 1 small pointed pepper, red
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g cheese, (Gouda)
  • Rosemary, finely chopped
  • Thyme, finely chopped
  • Oregano, finely chopped
  • Basil, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice loosely according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut zucchini, carrots and leek into slices, dice paprika, finely chop garlic.
  3. Thoroughly fry the minced beef in olive oil, lightly salt, stir in the tomato paste, roast a little, add the vegetables except for the garlic and simmer for about 10 minutes over a medium heat.
  4. Put tomatoes, herbs, sugar and garlic in the pan and let stand for 5 minutes, stir in rice, season to taste.
  5. Put in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheese and gratinate.
