  • 400 g zucchini, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 750 ml broth or water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Now heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sweat the onion and garlic in it. Then add the thyme and the finely chopped zucchini and sauté. Top up with broth or water and bring to a boil along with the spices. Let it cook for about 10 minutes, then puree everything with a puree stick. Add the herbal cream cheese and briefly bring to the boil again. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
