Instructions

  1. Briefly heat the refried beans in a saucepan with a little water and salt (do not boil). Cut the spring onions, tomatoes and olives into small pieces.
  2. Spread the frozen beans about half a centimeter thick on a flat plate / platter. Spread the guacamole over it in the same thickness. Now sprinkle a thin layer of the burrito - spice mixture (works well with a powdered sugar sieve), on top of this again the sour cream. Now spread the chopped vegetables over it and put a layer of cheddar on top.
  3. Serve at room temperature or let the cheese melt briefly in the oven. Nachos go very well with it.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
