Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 3 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, red
- 125 ml red wine, drier
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Brush the mushrooms only under water and just cut off the stems at the bottom. Leave the small ones whole, cut the big ones in half or quarter.
- Caramelize the mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and sugar until they are a nice dark brown color. Finally add the garlic and roast. Then deglaze with balsamic vinegar and red wine and let it reduce.
- Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and pour the sauce into a sealable container. Let it go through for 1 day. Serve sprinkled with the chopped parsley.
