- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
- 1 small Glass applesauce
- 2 cup flour
- 1 ½ pack baking powder

- Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil, then gradually stir in the hazelnuts, cocoa, cinnamon, gingerbread spices and applesauce. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly.
