- 15 sugar cubes
- 2 liters red wine
- 1 glass sour cherries, without seeds
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 100 ml orange juice
- 6 cl liqueur (cherry liqueur)
- 4 carnation (s)

- Heat lump sugar, red wine, orange juice, cinnamon stick & cloves until foam forms.
- Take the pot off the stove and let it cool down.
- Add the sour cherries with juice & the cherry liqueur - chill the punch - done!
