  • 8 clove (s) garlic
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, hotter
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter, freshly ground
  • 250 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ lemon juice
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and press it into a bowl with a garlic press. Then add the egg yolks, mustard, salt and pepper to the garlic. Stir everything together until foamy. Add the oil drop by drop, stirring constantly. Then stir in the lemon juice.
  2. Finally stir in the sour cream and the cream is ready.
