Ingredients
- 300 g pasta, (elbow macaroni)
- 50 g celery, sliced
- 1 tomato (s), cut into cubes
- 1 small onion (s), finely diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, smooth, finely chopped
- 90 g mayonnaise
- 90 g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta until al dente, allow to cool and place in a salad bowl.
- Cut the celery stalk into slices and add. Cut the tomato into cubes, finely dice the onion, finely chop the parsley and also add to the pasta.
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a smaller bowl, add the mustard, vinegar and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad, mix everything together and serve.
- This salad can also be prepared a day in advance.
