American Crunchy, Crispy Apple Salad

Ingredients

3 large apples, peeled, pitted, cut into pieces
60 g celery sticks, cut into pieces
75 g date (s), pitted, cut into pieces
45 ml orange juice
115 g sour cream, plain or sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon whipped cream, beaten

For the topping:

70 g hazelnuts, chopped, roasted

Instructions

Mix the apples, celery, dates and orange juice well in a bowl. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and whipped cream in another bowl, then pour over the apple mixture and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Briefly toast the chopped hazelnuts, set aside. Spread on the salad before serving.
