Ingredients
- 1 head Frisée salad
- 2 tablespoon olive oil, mild
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 1 lemon (s). the juice it
- 1 chilli pepper (s), finely diced
- some sea salt
- some nutmeg

- Clean the lettuce and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash, pat dry and transfer to a bowl.
- Leave the bacon cubes in their own fat until golden brown. Make the marinade for the salad from the olive oil, the juice of a lemon, the finely diced chilli pepper and the spices. Mix everything with the salad and let it steep.
- If possible, the salad should not be served too cold.
- Tip: It is best to sprinkle the bacon hot over the salad just before serving.
