Ingredients
- 300 g chicken, cooked, cut into cubes
- 100 g celery, diced
- 50 g sprin onion (s), cut into rolls
- 100 g cranberries, dried
- 0.5 ½ apple, peeled and diced
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 200 g Miracel Whip
- sugar
- Cream, or milk

- Mix the ingredients.
- Liquefy Miracle Whip with sugar and a little cream or milk, pour over the salad and mix well.
- Let it steep for at least an hour.
- It is best served with a baguette.
- It also tastes great the next day.
- Tip:
- I sometimes use a mixture of 150 g mayonnaise and a packet of Salatfix mixed with 6 tablespoons of cream as a dressing. Chicken is often left over from fried chicken from the day before.
