Ingredients

  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 anchovy fillet (s), canned or in a glass
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the herbs and pat dry. Peel the garlic. Rinse the anchovy fillets with cold water and dry them with paper towels. Chop the herbs, garlic, anchovy fillets and pine nuts in the food processor. Gradually stir in the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with spaghetti.
