Ingredients

  • 1 can anchovy fillet (s) in oil (50 g)
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 packet mozzarella (25 g)
  • 4 slices white bread or toast bread
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • oregano
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Drain the anchovy fillets well on kitchen paper and cut in half lengthways. Wash, quarter and core the tomato and cut into thin wedges. Halve the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet coated with olive oil and drizzle with olive oil. Cover the bread with the mozzarella slices, season with oregano and pepper and cover with anchovies and tomatoes. Bake on the middle rack for about 10 minutes, then serve immediately.
