Anchovies in Green Salsa

Ingredients
- Anchovies in oil – 8-10 pcs.
- Salsa verde sauce (green salsa)
- Vegetable oil (olive)
How to cook anchovies in green salsa:
Directions
- Remove the anchovies from the oil and place them on the bottom of the jar or container.
- Layout a layer of green salsa. Alternate layers.
- The top should be covered with oil. Anchovies in green salsa can be used after a few hours, but it is better to let the anchovies brew for a few days.
- Serve the anchovies in green salsa on toasted bread, or whichever you prefer.
