Ingredients
- 100 g anchovy fillet (s), in oil
- 100 g olives, black, marinated in herbs
- 400 g sour cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper, from the mill

- Finely puree the anchovies and the oil from the glass with a hand blender.
- Now mix the anchovy puree into the crème fraîche. Add the sour cream and stir everything again. Chop the olives and add them. Season to taste with salt and pepper from the mill.
