Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 250 ml milk
- 20 g fried onions
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 1 teaspoon, heaped salt
- 2 teaspoons, heaped garlic granules

- Warm the milk slightly and dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt and garlic granules to the flour and mix with the yeast milk to form a dough. Finally add the fried onions.
- Let this dough rise for 30 minutes and form 8 mini baguettes out of it.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200 ° and then turn down to 160 ° and bake for another 5 minutes.
