Ingredients

  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled, with juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder, mild
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
  • 600 g steak (s), beef and pork
  • 200 g onion (s)
  • 80 g bacon, mixed
  • 1 green pepper (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • Worcester sauce
  • 1 bottle tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Sauté the vegetable onion, garlic cloves and chilli pepper in olive oil.
  2. Add peeled tomatoes with juice, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar, curry, paprika and oregano and cook for at least 1 hour over low heat.
  3. In the meantime, dice the steaks. Peel the onions and halve or quarter them if necessary.
  4. Cut the bacon into pieces. Core the peppers and cut into pieces. Place the meat cubes, onions, bacon and paprika alternately on kebab skewers.
  5. Fry in portions on all sides with oil. Salt a little.
  6. Season tomato sauce with cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce and place in a large saucepan. Place the skewers in the sauce. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C / convection 175 ° C / gas mark 3 for about an hour.
  7. French fries or rice go well with it.
