Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 150 grams sugar
- 350 g flour
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
For the sprinkles:
- 250 g desiccated coconut
- 125 g mararine, or butter, liquid
- 100 g suar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 glass applesauce

- I use a normal coffee cup as a cup measure.
- Make a batter from oil, milk, sugar, flour, baking powder and eggs.
- For the crumble, mix coconut flakes, margarine, sugar, flour and baking powder.
- Put the batter on a baking sheet, spread a glass of applesauce on top, top with the crumble.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
