  • 400 g tomato (can)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. First fry the finely chopped onion in heated olive oil so that it is lightly browned. Then add the canned tomatoes, the mug of whipped cream and the tomato paste to the saucepan. Then add the vegetable stock and season with sugar, the spices and herbs. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes, then serve hot.
  2. Tips: If you add rice and beaten eggs to the soup, the soup becomes even more filling and is also suitable as a main course.
  3. The more liquid you want the soup, the more vegetable stock dissolved in warm water you add to the soup.
