Ingredients

  • 1 kg spelled flour
  • 150 g flaxseed
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, (fruit vinegar)
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 700 ml water
  • 200 g carrot (s), rated
  • 300 g apples, rated

Instructions

  1. Put the flour with the grains and salt in a mixing bowl. Mash the yeast with the honey in a cup, the whole thing will be liquid! Add the honey-yeast mixture to the flour-grain mixture, also add water and vinegar. Knead vigorously with the mixer or the food processor.
  2. Add the grated apples and carrots and knead again!
  3. Pour the dough into two greased loaf tins.
  4. Put the tins in the cold oven and bake at 180-200 degrees for about 1 hour! After 10 minutes of baking, make a cut lengthways in the middle!
