- 1 liter boiling water

- It is a delicious, light and healthy alternative to the bought flavored waters, easy to make yourself.
- Simply wash a green apple (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious) thoroughly, cut into six parts, remove the core and then pour boiling water over it in a carafe.
- After one hour or one and a half hours of steeping, fish the apple pieces out of the carafe and let the apple water cool down to the end.
- When drunk ice cold or room temperature, the apple water is an absolute, healthy and easy pleasure.
