- 3 apples
- little cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- some water as needed
- 300 g yourt

- Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes. Drizzle them with lemon juice, add the cinnamon and mix everything together. Put in a saucepan with water and cook until tender to soft, possibly mash a little with a fork.
- After the apple mixture has cooled down, layer the yoghurt alternately in dessert glasses.
