Apples Stuffed with Minced Meat

Not only desserts and sweets can be made from apples. Apples stuffed with minced meat is a very original and unusual, but at the same time tasty and satisfying dish that can surprise your eaters.

Ingredients

  • Apples – 5 Pieces
  • Minced beef or pork – 300 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 3 Pieces
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – – To taste
  • Salt – – To taste
  • Garlic – – To taste

Directions

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  3. We clean a couple of garlic cloves and cut into thin plates.
  4. Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown in vegetable oil.
  5. Add minced meat, mix.
  6. Fry minced meat with vegetables for 7-9 minutes over medium heat, stirring often.
  7. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Wash apples, cut off the tops, cut out the core and pulp. We leave only a kind of apple plate 1 cm thick.
  9. Do not throw away the apple pulp – cut it into small cubes and add to the minced meat.
  10. We stuff our apples with the resulting filling.
  11. Put some greens on top of the filling, cover the whole thing with the cut apple top. We put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
