  • Apples – 5 Pieces
  • Minced beef or pork – 300 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 3 Pieces
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Vegetable oil – – To taste
  • Salt – – To taste
  • Garlic – – To taste

Apples Stuffed with Minced Meat Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
  2. Peel garlic cloves to taste and cut into thin slices.
  3. Dice the tomatoes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and fry until golden brown.
  5. Add the minced meat and stir to combine.
  6. Fry the minced meat with vegetables over medium heat for 7-9 minutes, stirring often.
  7. Add the diced tomatoes and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Wash the apples and cut off the tops. Cut out the core and pulp, leaving a shell about 1 cm thick.
  9. Dice the removed apple pulp into small cubes and add to the minced meat mixture.
  10. Stuff each apple with the meat filling.
  11. Cover each stuffed apple with its cut-off top.
  12. Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 25 minutes.
