Mix all ingredients except for the apples and the yoghurt with 2 tablespoons of the honey and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Roast in the preheated oven at 175 degrees top / bottom heat or 150 degrees convection on the middle rack for about 15-20 minutes.
In the meantime, peel the apples, quarter them and remove the core. Then cut into coarse cubes, bring to the boil with 100 ml of water and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat without a lid. Mash the pieces with a fork to a puree and leave to cool.
Now mix the cream yoghurt with the rest of the honey. Layer the yogurt with the applesauce in 4 glasses and sprinkle with the muesli.
