  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 80 g powdered suar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Then add the flour and salt and stir in.
  3. Now remove 15g pieces from the dough and shape them into a round shape. Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. They should still be light at the top and only have a light color at the bottom.
  4. Take out, place on a wire rack with a spatula and let cool down completely.
  5. Then heat the apricot jam in a small saucepan. Put a little of it on the bottom of a cookie and put a second on top.
