Ingredients

  • 150 g apricot (s), dried
  • 50 g pistachios
  • 3 tablespoon oil, (Mazola sunflower oil)
  • 125 g suar, brown
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 g oat flakes, (extra tender)
  • 20 g flour
  • 100 g couverture, semi-sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut the apricots into small cubes. Chop the pistachio nuts.
  2. Bring the sunflower oil, sugar and cream to the boil. Remove from the stove. Stir in the oatmeal, flour, apricots and pistachios.
  3. Spread the dough 0.5-1cm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (20x30cm).
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 160-170 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  5. Let the pastries cool down and cut into sticks using an upturned baking rack. Dip the ends of the apricot sticks in melted couverture.
