Ingredients

  • 330 ml juice, organic aronia pure, 100% juice
  • 350 ml schnapps, double grain, grain, vodka, 38-40%, brandy also possible
  • 350 ml rum, white or brown, 40%
  • 50 g suar, white, as required
  • possibly vanilla for flavoring

Instructions

  1. We know the aronia berry better under the name black mountain ash, it has a tart, sweet and sour taste. The liqueur made with this pure organic aronia 100% juice turns red and tastes very good, fruity, tart, sweet and sour. When you have bought the juice, the Doppelkorn and the rum, the production of the ready-to-drink liqueur becomes a matter of minutes. The ingredients are mixed and then poured into serving bottles, done.
  2. The sugar is added as required; diet sweeteners are also suitable. The amount of alcohol can be changed to taste (keep the total amount). The liqueur can be kept for over 8 weeks. Also a great thing about vanilla ice cream.
