Ingredients

  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 canned artichoke hearts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • possibly milk, to stir until smooth

Instructions

  1. This cream is ideal to be served with white bread as an aperitif! Just be careful that the guests don`t start to fill their stomachs.
  2. The ingredients are cut into pieces suitable for a mixer and mixed into a creamy mass in the moulinette or similar food processor. If you don`t like it that spicy, you can replace the chilli with a 1/2 red bell pepper. The imagination knows no limits!
  3. Depending on the consistency of the feta, some milk may be necessary to make the cream easy to spread.
