  • 2 kg roast pork, (roll roast)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 piece (s) celeriac
  • 2 tablespoon brandy

Instructions

  1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into large pieces.
  2. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Place aluminum foil on the work surface, spread the vegetables on top and put the meat on top; pour the brandy over the whole thing.
  4. Now wrap the whole thing thickly with several layers of aluminum foil and cook in the oven at 250 ° C for about 2 hours.
  5. The meat is also very suitable for cooking over an open fire or on the embers of the grill in summer.
