Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon yogurt, organic
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 splash lemon or lime juice
  • 2 pinches salt, preferably Himalayan salt
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper, ground
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 g parmesan or similar Italian hard cheese
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

  1. Puree all ingredients in the chopper or in a tall container with the blender.
  2. The best result is achieved if the sauce is left to rest in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
