Caesar Sauce

Hello everybody. Cooking Caesar sauce today. Take note!

Ingredients

  • Parmesan cheese – 100 g
  • Fillet of anchovies – 5 pcs.
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Olive oil – 400 ml
  • Worcester sauce (“Worcester”) – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary products for the Caesar sauce.
  2. Break eggs into a blender bowl. Beat eggs with an immersion blender for 1-2 minutes, until light foam forms.
  3. Continuing to beat, slowly add olive oil and beat until semi-liquid. Carefully! Don’t make mayonnaise!
  4. Then add anchovy fillet, garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and Worcester sauce.
  5. Grate Parmesan cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the ingredients. Parmesan cheese can be used to adjust the thickness of the sauce. Beat everything until smooth for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Caesar sauce is ready. The perfect sauce is the key to the perfect Caesar salad.
