Ingredients

  • 300 g ribbon noodles, Asian
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 400 g leek
  • 600 g pork fillet (s)
  • 1 can bamboo shoot (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 100 ml sauce (sweet chili sauce)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Press garlic through a garlic press. Core the chilli pepper and cut into rings. Cut the leek into rings.
  2. Cut the meat into medallions, drain the bamboo shoots and quarter them. Fry medallions in a pan, season, remove. Briefly sauté the garlic and chilli in the frying oil, fry the leek. Then fry the pasta and bamboo.
  3. Deglaze with soy sauce and chilli sauce. Place medallions on the pasta and cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
