Ingredients
- 350 g asparaus, reen, lower third peeled, cut diaonally into 5cm pieces
- 350 g asparaus, white, peeled, cut diaonally into 5cm pieces
- 100 g pine nuts
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- pepper
- salt
- sugar

- Cook the white asparagus in a little sugar and salted water for 8 minutes, after 4 minutes of cooking add the green asparagus, cook until firm to the bite, drain.
- Roast the pine nuts dry in a pan, add the garlic, honey, lemon juice and olive oil, briefly bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the vinaigrette with the asparagus pieces.
- Possibly you can add a cut lettuce heart.
