  • 6 pork schnitzel
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 2 glasses asparagus
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • Cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the schnitzel lightly and fry lightly in a little oil. Place in a baking dish and cover each schnitzel with a slice of ham. Place the asparagus on top and distribute the hollandaise sauce evenly on top. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake the schnitzel in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
