  • 1 kg roast pork, (roast pork salmon)
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 4 teaspoons honey, creamier
  • 2 handfuls vegetables (mixed vegetables from carrots, cauliflower, peas) TK

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection).
  2. Peel the onions and cut into cubes, place in a bowl and stir with the honey. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a roasting pan. Sear the meat on all sides. Pour a little water, so about 2 cm high. Then spread the onion and honey mixture on the roast and put the whole thing in the oven. Put the oven down to 150 ° C! After about 20 minutes, distribute the vegetables around the roast in the broth. Then leave the whole thing in the oven for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours (I always set the clock to 30 minutes and then check it every 30 minutes to add more water if necessary). About 15 minutes before the end of the process, turn the oven back up to about 200 ° C, then the onions will turn a little brown. Then take out the roaster and thicken the sauce with flour.
