Ingredients
- 1 kg potato (s)
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 1 thick cucumber (s)
- 10 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 2 tablespoon vegetable broth

- KBoil the potatoes in their skins, peel them and leave to cool.
- Mix Miracel Whip with the broth in a large bowl. Finely grate the cucumber and add it. Cut the eggs into small pieces and add them. Cut the cold potatoes into small pieces and stir in. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- We prefer to eat the salad the next day if it has been pulled through properly.
