Ingredients
- 1 ½ kg jacket potato (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 1 cup cream, (200ml - 250ml)
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Cook potatoes as jacket potatoes until cooked. In the meantime, peel the cucumber and cut the onion into small pieces.
- Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, add Miracel, rinse the empty glass with the cream, which is then also added. Stir gently. Add cucumber and onion, add sugar to taste, stir carefully again.
