Ingredients
- 2 ½ kg jacket potato (s), waxy
- 1 glass pickled cucumber (s), (Spreewälder)
- 1 ring / s meat sausage
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 glass Miracel Whip
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- 10 egg (s), hard-boiled

- Cut the jacket potatoes into cubes while they are still warm and stir in 5 tablespoons of cucumber juice while they are warm. Then dice the eggs and cucumber and stir in. Add pepper, mustard, sausage and a glass of Miracel Whip and stir in.
- If there is too much liquid, you can thicken with hard-boiled eggs, if necessary puree a boiled potato and mix in. Do not chill for too long, tastes best without being chilled
