Ingredients

  • 6 potato (s)
  • 1 pumpkin (se) (Hokkaido)
  • 4 piece (s) bratwurst, (marjoram sausage)
  • 100 g chanterelles
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 0.5 ½ cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Core the pumpkin and cut into pieces about the same size as the potatoes.
  2. Sear the potato and pumpkin cubes in a very hot pan for 5 minutes. Chop and add the onions and garlic. Deglaze with the chicken stock and simmer for about 5 minutes with the lid closed until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Remove the meat from the sausages and form small balls out of them and fry them with them. Then add the cleaned and roughly chopped chanterelles and cook briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
