Ingredients

  • g 1,200 potato (s), (waxy)
  • 2 large onion (s), large
  • 8 sausages (Mettenden), cabbage sausages (alternatively Cabanossi)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
  • 300 ml wine, white, dry
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into quarters. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Spread the potato and onion mixture in a wide baking dish. Put the sliced sausage in between. Mix the liquids, stir in the spices and pour over the potato and onion mixture. In the preheated oven for 90 minutes (also preheat the convection to 160 ° C; top and bottom heat to 180 ° C). Every oven is different: make a small cooking test and shorten or lengthen the time by 10 minutes.
