Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  2. Put the puff pastry out to thaw.
  3. Peel the vegetable onion and do not chop it too coarsely. Mix with the cheese and bacon. Mix the eggs with the sour cream, season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Add to the cheese, bacon and onion mixture and stir well.
