Ingredients

  • 230 g puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 medium vegetable onion (s)
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 150 g bacon, lean, diced or diced ham
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ caraway seeds
  • Seasoned Salt
  • Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C).
  2. Put the puff pastry out to thaw.
  3. Peel the vegetable onion and do not chop it too coarsely. Mix with the cheese and bacon. Mix the eggs with the sour cream, season with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Add to the cheese, bacon and onion mixture and stir well.
  4. Line a springform pan with the puff pastry, pulling up one edge. Pour the icing on the floor and distribute it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 45 to 55 minutes.
  6. Tastes both warm and cold the next day!
