  • 70 g butter
  • 140 g flour
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 4 egg yolks

Instructions

  1. Carefully heat the butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar and 70 g flour. Take off the fire. Stir in egg yolks and finally mix in the remaining 70 g flour. Let cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Shape into a roll, cut off small slices and shape them into finger-thick rolls (aligned with the smallest finger). Place these rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
