  • 1 glass cherry (s)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs for 2-3 minutes until frothy. Sprinkle in the sugar. Alternately stir in the flour and milk.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drain the cherries and spread them on the dough. Bake on the middle rack at 180 ° C for about 12 minutes. Pay attention to the color, it may be ready after 10 minutes.
  3. After baking, sprinkle with sugar immediately and roll up using the baking paper. Cut into pieces approx. 10 cm in size and serve (sprinkled with powdered sugar if necessary).
