  • 50 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add tomatoes, season and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and chopped herbs, season to taste again.
  2. Place the raw chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and cover with the tomato sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Baked in a preheated oven at 200 ° for approx. 20-30 minutes.
  4. Gnocchi or rice go well with this.
