Ingredients
- 150 g cheese (brie)
- 2 chicory
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoon honey, liquid
- 8 stalks thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 8 slices bacon

- Cut the brie cheese into 3 mm thick slices. Clean the chicory and cut in half lengthways, cut out the stalk in a wedge shape.
- Foam the butter, honey and thyme in a pan and then place the chicory with the cut surface facing down in the foaming honey butter and cook over medium heat.
- Lift out the chicory, cover the cut surfaces with 2 thyme stalks each. Salt and pepper
- Spread the Brie on halves of the chicory and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon.
- Put everything in an ovenproof dish, spread the rest of the honey butter over it and then bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
